3. The Sales Representative or the importer of the system should have official documents from the manufacturing
mentioning that they are
authorized to sell their products.
You
should buy the system only from the authorized dealer who has officially
been appointed to sell the products in the country. This will assure you
that the dealer or the sales agent has been properly trained by the
manufacture and can install, support and take care of the problems you

we are the manufacturer of the system we regularly give training to our
dealers and have call center that can cater to the queries from the
buyers which in turn assist the dealers. We also assure our dealers and
the buyers that we will have spare parts available for 5 years from the
date we phased out the manufacturing of any model.
