8. Warranty of the system
Once you have purchased the
system, you should be given a one year warranty covering both the system
and the spare parts from the vendor you purchased the system without any
expenses on any spare parts. Bangkok
Systems & Software Co., Ltd. Policy
The company gives 1 year
warranty covering the entire system as well as the spare parts with out
any additional expenses. The warranty covers unrestricted trips
traveling to the installation site and availability of the spare unit in
case the installed unit can not be repaired at site. This also covers
upgrading the software if there is any newer version is made available. |
